Salary: £28- £40k per annum DOE

General overview:
This marketing role is an acquisition Marketing role for the purpose of lead generation for the company.
In this role you will generate qualified leads (MQLs) for our Talent Acquisition Platform. They will be targeting
specified companies through paid and organic marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel acquisition activities
- Work in partnership with Brand and Customer marketing teams to leverage and develop content for lead generation
- The management and execution of paid acquisition campaigns. Including, but not limited to; social media, paid search, outbound lead generation, account-based marketing, and, partnerships
- The creation of prospect-specific marketing collateral such as whitepapers, newsletters, and buying guides
- Organisation and management of relevant events where lead-generation activities can be completed
- Working closely with the Sales Team to support the conversion of MQLs through the sales funnel, including pitch marketing support where applicable
- Ownership of KPI data and reporting for acquisition marketing activity, including budget management and performance
- To support in meeting its environmental targets
Success Measured by:
- Delivery of Marketing Qualified Leads vs. annual forecast
- Efficiency of marketing spend and cost per MQL metrics
- Prospect Conversion %
- Progression against Personal Development Plan
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in paid online marketing including PPC, Social Media and Partnerships
- Experience in, creating effective campaigns and marketing collateral, demonstrating optimisation and performance improvement
- Experience in organising events and industry conferences
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Background in marketing in B2B software, IT or other relevant annuity revenue marketing models
