A day in the life of…
- This role will see you take the lead when it comes to digital client relationship management. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients you'll ensure both internal and stakeholders client needs are met. You’ll build strong relationships with our clients as the subject matter expert and go-to for all things digital marketing
- You’ll be responsible for managing our Birmingham based team of digital marketing experts, driving performance, individual development and delegating tasks based on their expertise and workload.
- You will have complete oversight of brief development ensuring briefs accurately reflect client objectives and are delivered in a timely manner to the highest standards.
- Driving performance with performance tracking is an integral part of the role, with you monitoring and analysing the performance of digital services and providing reporting to senior management.
- With one eye on process improvement at all times, you’ll continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and collaborate with the wider Aimbridge team to implement new workflows.
What do we need from you?
- We’re looking for extensive experience managing client relationships and team workflows, Applicants with agency account management experience would be strongly encouraged to apply
- You’ll have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Additional skills like experience in hospitality, website development, and knowledge of digital marketing tools are desirable.
