At IFF Research, we’re seeking creative and committed Research Executives with around 12–18 months of experience in research. While agency experience isn’t essential, you should have been involved in various stages of the project lifecycle and worked collaboratively to produce actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist in designing questionnaires and guides.
- Conduct qualitative interviews, listening actively and probing effectively.
- Define sampling and coding specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Monitor multiple projects, managing tasks effectively and keeping teams updated.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback.
- Produce insightful analysis and reporting to inform clients’ decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 12 months–2 years in research, with familiarity in project lifecycles and data handling (e.g., SPSS).
- Adaptability: A willingness to work across quantitative and qualitative methods, building on your skills and knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Proactive Mindset: Confidence working autonomously while being a positive, flexible team player.
- Passion for Social Research: An understanding of the social research sector and enthusiasm for contributing to projects that make an impact.
