What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t your average graduate role. You’ll dive headfirst into the fast-paced world of digital marketing and data analytics, becoming a core player in how we grow and optimise our online presence. You’ll:
Turn Data into Action
- Analyse performance data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Build eye-catching dashboards and reports to track KPIs like customer lifetime value (CLTV) and acquisition costs (CAC).
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Excel to bring clarity and direction to our campaigns.
Own Campaign Success
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Research killer keywords, adjust bids, and refine ad content to deliver measurable results.
- Push boundaries with innovative strategies that grow reach, boost performance, and maximise ROI.
Collaborate to Innovate
- Work closely with a dynamic team to brainstorm new ideas and implement creative growth solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to spot opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Test and experiment with new advertising techniques to keep us at the forefront of digital trends.

What We’re Looking For

- A 2:1 or First degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A curious and analytical mindset—you love diving into data to uncover patterns and insights.
- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads (bonus points for hands-on experience!).
- A knack for Excel, pivot tables, and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Power BI.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
