The Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be pivotal in expanding Learn Plus Us’ online presence and driving engagement across various digital channels. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you’ll manage website content, optimise SEO, and spearhead content and social media strategies to ensure we reach our target audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Oversee CMS, manage SEO initiatives, and enhance user journey optimisation to increase engagement and reduce bounce rates.
- Content Strategy & Production: Develop compelling, audience-targeted content across digital channels that aligns with our brand and drives engagement.
- Social Media Management: Create and maintain a strategic social media calendar, develop follower growth strategies, and analyse performance metrics to refine our approach.
- Advertising & PPC: Oversee Google Ads and PPC campaigns, perform A/B testing on ad content, and adjust bids to maximise reach and ROI.
- Email Marketing: Design segmented email campaigns, implement A/B testing, and track analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Offline Media Coordination: Manage production and distribution of print materials, ensuring all offline media aligns with brand standards.
- Brand Compliance: Enforce consistent brand messaging across all digital and print materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and present performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and offer insights for ongoing improvements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and seek opportunities for professional development.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Level 3 qualification or above in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and analysing performance data for marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, with a creative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable
- Degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, InDesign).
