We’re currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Assistant based in the UK to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, flexible role with the opportunity to choose your hours starting from 20 hours per week.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will contribute towards the successful delivery of our SEO and PPC campaigns. Your primary focus will be producing content for client websites and reaching out to online publications to secure promotional coverage.
What you’ll be doing
- Create content briefs based on keyword research
- Produce high-quality content, leveraging the latest AI technologies
- Collaborate with AI tools to enhance content quality, originality, and SEO optimisation
- Communicate with clients to gain content approval prior to publishing
- Upload content and imagery to client websites via a range of CMS platforms
- Research digital publications for link building
- Craft effective outreach pitch emails
- Negotiate online coverage with target publications
- Support client account managers with the delivery of effective SEO and PPC campaigns

What we need from you
- 1 year minimum digital marketing experience
- First class written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational, time management and task management skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritise actions to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Results-oriented, process-driven approach with the confidence to contribute towards improving processes over time
- Take full responsibility for delivering on your commitments, ensuring your work is seen through to completion with end-to-end accountability
What skills you will have
- Experience uploading content using popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- Experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Comfortable engaging with video communication tools to share visual content, such as Loom for screen recordings and Google Meet for video calls
- Familiarity with a blogger outreach tool, such as BuzzStream (preferred)
