Job Title: Social Media Specialist (1 day a week, flexible)
Location: Hybrid – work from home, with the requirement to visit our office at Tropical Glass, N22 6AG, at least once a month to engage directly with our products.
Employment Type: Part-time (one day a week)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (any day except Monday)
Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a creative dynamo to help our brand shine online! As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll take charge of our weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll need to be confident filming content yourself. Strong video editing skills are essential to shape and share our brand’s unique story. Excellent English skills are a must, as you'll occasionally bring our products to life through your voice—and sometimes face!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Film and edit video content independently, ensuring alignment with our brand style—video production and editing are major focuses in this role.
- Lend your voice (and face!) for on-camera content to connect with our audience.
- Visit our office at least once a month to gain hands-on experience with our products, helping you tell the story better and shoot videos needed for our platforms
- Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values, building and nurturing authentic relationships to cultivate a loyal community around the brand.
- Track social media trends and performance, adjusting strategies to keep content fresh and effective.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, filming, and video editing.
- Fluent English, especially for on-camera work.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation: £130 - £200, based on experience.
