We have an exciting opportunity for ambitious and creative individuals to join our team as a Social Media Production Assistant.
Our office is based in the heart of London and so are many of our clients - namely in Mayfair, Marylebone, and Knightsbridge.
You may also be required to travel abroad to work with clients; locations include Germany, Denmark, Hong Kong, Mainland China, United States and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, scheduling content and engaging with followers.
- Formulating Reports: Making content calendars, analytics reports, support strategic planning and decision-making for the client's social media. Create and present reports on various administrative and operational activities.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for senior management.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Inventory Management: Track and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support Duties: Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Requirements
- Education: Must hold a first-class degree from a recognised university.
- Experience: Previous experience in an production / administrative / social media management role is preferred but not necessary!
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of SWOT analysis is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
