We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Assistant to support the execution of compelling social media and CRM campaigns, while engaging our community and driving brand growth. You will assist in creating, scheduling, and tracking engaging social media campaigns across platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to bring innovative campaign concepts to life while diving into performance tracking and reporting to help meet KPIs.

Your primary focus will be to assist in managing and optimising SunGod’s Social Media channels and supporting the marketing team in a range of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, CRM, SEO etc.)
Create engaging content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and Strava platforms.
Have your finger on the pulse of Social Media and Digital Marketing trends
Assist with briefing social-first content from our ambassadors and content creators.
Engage with the community by responding to comments across all platforms and finding community content to share.
Performance tracking and reporting, aiming to meet KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
Identify and assist with identifying UGC content and how this content is organised on the Digital Asset Management system
Create and execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
Measure and report on the effectiveness of Social and CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Provide Social Media support during important athlete events, including those which occasionally fall on weekends
Support with PR outreach, drafting press releases and outreaching to journalists
Conceptualise and draft written articles for SunGod Explore (blog)
Work with the broader Digital Marketing team to build, execute and optimise marketing campaigns to reach new customers and increase SunGod’s brand awareness.
