This role is pivotal in driving our digital performance, reducing reliance on external agencies, and delivering measurable ROI.

We offer advice to nearly 1 million motorists nationwide and provide them competitive prices for the products and services we offer.
Your role includes:
- Boost leads across all products for the sales team
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, including cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, and click-through rates (CTR).
- Analyze data and create detailed performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on PPC trends and recommend innovations to improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Experience
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in marketing or a related field are advantageous but not essential.
