Hybrid 4 days a week in the office, 1 remote working day - Farnborough, Berkshire
Circa £45,000 25 days holiday increasing up to 28 days and private healthcare
A European e-commerce leader within its segment, looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for the UK market, working closely with the team in Sweden.

The role
Ideal for an experienced digital marketer looking to take on the challenge of overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing funnel. It encompasses a wide area of responsibility including oversight of paid media channels, SEO, email marketing, content creation and organic social strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist role works closely with an external digital marketing agency, who oversee paid media strategy, as well as with the global digital marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate would have strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of the digital customer journey and a commercial mindset. Experience with B2B marketing is a requirement.
Key requirements:
- We are looking for a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, good communication skills, a strong drive and a passion for digital marketing.
- You have a good understanding of what is required to run a successful B2B e-commerce function.
- You have broad experience across digital channels with the capability to oversee strategy and performance at top-line and channel level, yet you also have the willingness to execute day-to-day functions.
- You have strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of how to drive traffic and work with conversion optimisation. You are a strong tactician and are used to coordinating, planning and performing your tasks independently.
- Most importantly, you have a commercial mindset and an ambition to move the business in the right direction.
