Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive conversions to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive **organic and paid social media strategies** to align with business goals.
- Create, manage, and optimise **PPC campaigns** on platforms like **Meta (Facebook, Instagram)**, **Google**, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Plan and schedule engaging, on-brand content across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and **conversion rates**.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for **maximum ROI**.
- Strategically allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns to maximise reach and efficiency.
- Grow and engage the community through organic strategies such as interactive content, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Partner with cross-functional team members (internal & external) to align social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitors’ campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and create video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube
- Experience with Marketing Tools; Canva, Capcut, Ideogram, Adobe, HeyOrca, Metricool, Hubspot, Meta Business, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Business and other AI tools
- Create longer form engaging video content (YouTube) that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
