Job Description
This is a remote position.
Atomic Digital Marketing, one of the UK's leading digital marketing agencies, is on the hunt for an ambitious digital marketer with several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our clients' digital marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring they achieve phenomenal results. Your role will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results across website, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, CRO and UX/UI
- Running and optimising client campaigns in at least a few areas across website, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, CRO and UX/UI
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Lead monthly reporting calls
- Assisting sales with Digital 360 on prospect accounts.
- Assisting department heads in general administration across Digital 360.
Requirements
Strategy Development:
- Take a client's goals and translate that into a digital marketing strategy that you can execute alongside our department experts
- Monitor KPIs and make recommendations to strategy shifts based on market landscape and client performance. Present these recommendations to internal team, as well as clients
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment
- Support team members managing campaigns
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and clear communication
- Conduct regular client calls to discuss campaign progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong sense of initiative to be proactive in making recommendations with the client's business goals in mind
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and copywriters, to create high-quality assets and implement marketing campaigns
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to client requirements
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future initiatives
Budget & Team Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each client, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Work with the Head of SEO and Founder on Digital 360 department budgets and financials
- Support the team in training and provide constructive feedback
Platform Expertise:
- Maintain proficiency in various digital marketing platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, and social media channels
- Leverage platform features and functionalities to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Oversee the development of engaging and persuasive marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Ensure all content is aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
