Graphic designer - Commercial (print & web)
Location:London, United Kingdom
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Create graphics, banners and other web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Designs and builds website marketing landing pages and emails; including page layout and strategic input to support multiple product ranges.
- Maintain extremely high design and production standards, as well as the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Possess expert understanding of multimedia design and experience building files for both print and digital.
- Demonstrate hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
- Possess a killer portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented.
- A solid understanding of modern web technologies. This is not a coding position, but an understanding of basic HTML and CSS is required.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, Graphic Design preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of broad digital graphic design experience & web design/development experience.
- Experience with HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and other Web technologies. Solid knowledge Photoshop and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, Dreamweaver.
- Must have expert experience in web and user interface design; should be able to demonstrate common principles of web usability.
- Experience working with an eMail / Marketing Automation tool such as Mailchimp.
- Able to work effectively and professionally as part of a busy central team while interacting with, and influencing, virtual teams, internal cross-functional/divisional teams and outside entities.
- Must be organized, with a proactive nature and excellent follow up skills.
- Ability to solve complex or routine problems effectively and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced, time-constrained environment.
- Ability to perform day-to-day tasks for many simultaneous ongoing projects.
- Familiarity with design review processes.
- Demonstrate excellent prioritization and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary will commensurate with skill levels and experience and is negotiable.
