ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a creative and resourceful Social Media Executive to join our team to create fun and engaging content for our channels. If you're someone who lives and breathes digital trends, has an eye for design, is always filming content and slips TikTok references into all your conversations, this is the perfect role for you. This role presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company. This is an entry level hybrid position, with three days per week in our office in Paddington, London.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Create and develop engaging content for Instagram and Tiktok, with a primary focus on video content creation and scaling our Tiktok
Create and follow briefs to develop winning assets for paid social campaigns
Take ownership of our social media channels and translate the marketing strategy into content for use across channels, including onsite and blog
Support with the management of our influencer program and collaborate with influencers for organic and paid social content creation
Engage in and maintain conversations with our community across our social platforms
Write engaging, insightful copy for captions, blog posts, Tiktok scripts and more
Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications
Assist with customer queries across all social platforms
Coordinate Social Media campaigns with the Brand Manager as required
Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement
Develop and maintain our social media content calendar
Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has a love for creating content and is comfortable speaking to the camera
Is skilled at filming TikToks and Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform)
Has some design experience and knowledge of design tools like Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
Is a people person, excited about building relationships with influencers and creatives in our space
Has knowledge in current events and pop culture
Is a social media native with a strong understanding of which content performs well on different platforms
Has some experience managing or running social media accounts for brands or organisations is an asset
Is a creative self-starter with a quick-to-learn attitude
Has strong communication skills with impeccable grammar and writing skills, and a close eye for detail
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work successful both independently and collaboratively
Is passionate about women’s empowerment and sustainability and willing to be an ambassador for Unfabled
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Salary £25-30k based on experience
