Luxe Dressing strives to provide exceptional customer services and seamless online services, which support customers to have the best purchasing experience and buyer to collect, renew, and sell items on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all social media: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals.
• Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.
• Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimization.
• Lead client meetings and explain the campaign details to the client with key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Measure and analyze campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools.
• Manage paid advertising and SEO projects
• Website: creating interesting content for the website blog
• Identify and connect with influencers
• Performing keyword research, copywriting, audience research, reporting, and optimization
• Analyze ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
• Email Marketing/CRM
• Creating content for a weekly newsletter
• Building engagement and visibility
• Provide regular and qualitative summaries for each social media activities
• Helping in the organization of events
Requirements
• Be passionate about fashion and the luxury world
• Three years marketing digital experience, preferably in fashion industry
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken: English native, other languages as French or Spanish would be a plus
• Excellent understanding of analytics
• Outstanding creative thinking

• Ideally experience working for an early-stage start-up
