Job Overview:
The Social Media & Personal Assistant will combine social media management and administrative support for the founder. We’re looking for someone organized, creative, and eager to learn about design-focused digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to showcase our work and increase brand engagement.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Design and schedule visually appealing posts, including before-and-after transformations.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing techniques.
- Engagement* Respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries.
- Campaigns: Create social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
Client & Outreach Coordination
- Client Relations: Act as the primary contact with clients, ensuring positive relationships.
- Portfolio & Brochures: Update our website portfolio and create brochures/PDFs for clients.
- Media Outreach: Reach out to online publications and media outlets for brand exposure.
- Influencer Partnerships: Research and coordinate with YouTube influencers and collaborators.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Admin Support: Manage schedules, set up meetings, and help organize projects.
- Project Coordination: Monitor timelines and assist in keeping tasks on track.
- Follow-Up: Check in on pending tasks and ensure key objectives are met.
Creative Support
- Graphic Design & Visual Content: Assist in creating basic design elements for social media using graphic design tools (experience in Canva or similar tools is helpful but not required).
- Video Content: Create short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, highlighting design transformations.
- Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and ways to showcase our projects.
- Minimum Qualifications: Social Media & Marketing Experience: Preferred background in social media or digital marketing, especially related to design, real estate, or home staging.
- Interest in Interior Design: Enthusiasm for interior design or staging, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creativity & Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and bring fresh ideas.
- Graphic Design: Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is beneficial.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to grow with a startup, take initiative, and contribute positively.
