Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you'll do
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join the Big Customer Moments team within the Digital Experience Chapter. The team aims to deliver engaging and delightful experiences for customers, on our wide range of product launches. Therefore, you’ll need to share our passion for using insight driven methodologies to understand how to service our customers effectively.
Key accountabilities:
- Possess a passion for all things design, with the ability to articulate the benefits of user-centred design through your work and when communicating with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams from the initial concept phase to product build, release and optimisation.
- Take an active part in the different phases of the creative process, from research and data analysis to idea generation and prototyping.
- Strive for consistency and scale in your design through understanding and contributing to our Design System process.
