JOB SUMMARY
The Influencer & Creator Research Coordinator is integral to the success of our social outreach and influencer marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending influencers and creators who align with one client's brand and campaign goals. The Coordinator will work closely with the Midnight Sunday team to provide insightful feedback on creator selection and be involved in the full life cycle of securing, managing and executing the partnership. This part-time position is flexible, and designed to meet the dynamic needs of the client and team, with work spread across multiple days per week as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer & Creator Identification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify influencers and creators who align with the client’s brand image, goals, and target audience.
- Evaluate potential influencers and creators based on their content quality, engagement rates, audience demographics, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential influencers and creators for current and future campaigns.
- Provide suggestions for content and artistic direction for content.
Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns by communicating with influencers, managers, agents etc directly.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of influencer and creator content into broader campaign strategies and client brand portals.
- Monitor the performance of influencers and creators during campaigns, collecting deliverables, confirming requirements are met and aiding in final reporting.
- Review and provide feedback on influencer and creator content, ensuring it meets the client’s brand standards and campaign goals.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the team and client, including occasional early mornings or late evenings to correspond with influencers in different time zones.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer landscapes.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in evaluating content quality and providing constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
