Public Label Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to work remotely while supporting large, nationally recognized accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of integrated marketing concepts, including traditional and digital marketing, promotions, social media campaigns, and project management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing program budgets and timelines while building trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee projects to elevate agency output, maximize client relationships, and enhance ROI and account profitability.
- Client Understanding: Comprehend clients' business needs and industry challenges, aligning them with the agency’s objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage onsite promotional staff and third-party vendors as needed.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure effective application of resources to accounts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic Development: Assist in creating inspired briefs and program documents in collaboration with leadership.
- Presentation Skills: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients.
- Communication: Keep senior account leads informed of all account activities.
- Value Addition: Provide innovative solutions and progressive ideas for seamless execution.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and reconcile budgets; assist in forecasting client revenue.
- Team Leadership: Manage direct reports, offering coaching and direction as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3-5 years in agency/event marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Suite, and project management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Presentation: Strong presentation abilities.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
