Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools.
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

- Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
