Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead consumer digital campaigns across paid and select owned channels, reporting to the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing. This role involves developing and executing innovative digital strategies to drive growth and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing multi-channel initiatives, maintaining a centralised marketing calendar, overseeing budgets, conducting campaign analysis and coordinating promotional activations.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also manage the consumer website content, email marketing, SEO efforts and ensure compliance with data regulations. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and consumer-facing departments to integrate digital initiatives with offline activities and optimize overall marketing performance.
Salary circa: 60,000 pa.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Manage centralised marketing calendar and coordinate campaign assets
- Oversee promotional activations and maintain relationships with consumer-facing departments
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Utilise data segmentation for targeted and personalised campaigns
- Lead email marketing strategy, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Manage external agencies and in-house creative team
- Create marketing collateral and copy in collaboration with design resources
- Monitor and optimise digital channel performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital platform adoption
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies
- Conduct user analysis, SEO research and competitor analysis
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital properties
- Provide regular reporting on footfall data, website traffic and campaign performance
- Oversee budget management, forecasting and reporting. Process purchase orders and invoices for marketing-related expenses
What We Require Of You
- Degree or equivalent qualifications/experience in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of three years' digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in analytics and data management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including marketing automation, email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC
- Expert in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics GA4) and Microsoft Office
- Content Management System proficiency (ideally WordPress)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in managing marketing and promotions calendars
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Outstanding reporting and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing including latest trends and best practices
