Role: Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £28k – £35k (dependent upon experience) plus bonus, pension, health cashback plan and other benefits, as above.
FTE: 1.0 (full time, 7.5 hours per day for 9 days a fortnight), with the requirement to work some evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business.
Contract: Permanent.
Location: We are based in Birmingham but operate a remote/hybrid model. It is anticipated you will be in Birmingham once a quarter for full-team meetings.
Reports to: Client Solutions Director.
Line management responsibility: None.
Probation period: 6 months.
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies at M·E·L Research, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms. The role will ensure that all departments have the necessary marketing assets to connect with prospects, clients and stakeholders effectively.
