Job Title: Creative Experience Designer
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (DOE) PLUS bonus earning potential
Contract: Perm, Full Time (35 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm)
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid - 2 days office-based, 3 days from home per week*.
- This may be more regularly during some of our busier, peak periods (up to 4 days per week on occasion) but you can expect to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week regularly.
About the Role
As a Creative Experience Designer you will provide digital creative expertise and services to the Homebase Digital team. You will be part of a highly skilled team to drive forward the online digital experience for the Homebase digital channels by ensuring a first-class user experience. You will support on BAU and project workflows.
Your role will see you create assets across all our digital channels including web, email and social, working within existing creative and conceptualizing and executing new campaigns. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will thrive on delivering creative executions that align to our brand guidelines, to support our extensive product range and delight our customers.
What will you be doing?
(Including but not limited to)
- Development of all eCRM assets inline with digital guidelines.
- Delivery of all creative assets to brief on time and accurately.
- Develop and maintain templates and digital creative brand guidelines.
- Develop new creative executions using digital design expertise and a strong understanding of current deign trends.
- Ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Build relationships and align creative executions with offline marketing teams.
What you need to be successful:
- Digital design expert ideally from a retail environment.
- Established skills in taking design briefs, gathering relevant information and understanding the role the design outcomes need to play in supporting trade plans.
- Confidence in presenting design outcomes
- Strong attention to detail, guardian of the brand guidelines
- Extensive experience of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/XD)
