Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, including Performance Max campaigns, Microsoft Ads, and ideally Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, conducting monthly calls, performing account audits, and supporting new business opportunities.

This position is office-based at our brand new Blisworth office, but hybrid working options are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS/ROI.
Client Communication: Conduct monthly client calls to review campaign performance, discuss strategies, and provide transparent updates.
Account Audits: Perform detailed audits of existing accounts to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
Reporting: Generate clear and concise performance reports for internal and client review, utilising tools like Google Looker Studio.
New Business Support: Assist with new business pitches and proposals, showcasing our expertise in paid advertising.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads (Performance Max and Merchant Centre experience is essential) and Microsoft Ads. Familiarity with Meta Ads is also highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ad platforms, analytics tools, and campaign optimisation techniques.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and strategies clearly to clients.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
