As part of our Social Media team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand's presence across social media platforms. What you’ll be doing as a Social Media Content Designer:
As the Social Media Content Designer your creativity and design expertise will help us tell compelling stories and connect with our audience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing creative content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Designing and creating eye-catching social media content, including images, videos, and animations, to increase engagement across various platforms.
- Managing content production, using your photography and videography skills to create high-quality work that enhances our social media performance.
- Collaborating with Creative, Brand and Web teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all content.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and incorporating new ideas and technologies into future campaigns.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and supports key initiatives.
Base Location:
This role is Hybrid, with regular days at our Reading office and flexibility for remote working.
What you should bring to the role:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating captivating content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid Experience in a content or graphic design role.
- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing creative skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in visual storytelling, showcasing confidence in video and photographic content creation.
- Excellent planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, with a fountain of ideas and the drive to bring them to life.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
(Preferred but not required) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, digital design, or a related field.

- Competitive salary - offering between from £37,000 and £46,000 per annum
