MSL is currently seeking a VP, Digital to lead influencer and social strategy, as well as execution within our Consumer Practice. As part of our dynamic team, the VP, Digital will focus on high-profile consumer brand clients and new business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing influencer and social strategy while also overseeing the execution of the work. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of digital experts, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, increase online presence, and maximize customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer strategies that align with clients’ overall goals and objectives.
- Execution: Lead development of innovative, results-oriented influencer programs that compel consumers to action and drive business results.
- Emerging Trends & Platforms: Stay current with the latest developments in influencer campaigns; proactively integrating and advocating new technologies and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Prepare and present influencer strategies and briefs to internal teams and clients.
- Performance Analysis: Demonstrate strong analytical skills and utilize analytic tools to effectively track and measure success of activations, as well as inform strategic optimization recommendations in real time.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence; establish and evolve best practices across influencer campaigns and teams; support digital skill building of teams; leverage successes to grow agency work.
- Team Player: Agile and collaborative working style - demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines as part of a cross-discipline agency and client teams.
Job Requirements:
- 8-10 years previous experience and a B.A. in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline;
- Digital native with understanding of influencer from owned, earned and paid perspectives.
- In-depth knowledge of related social trends and industry sector events and experience working with celebrities, social influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Proven experience in leading teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time management, leadership, team building, mentoring and client relation skills
- Proven experience in the Consumer Brands space
- Proven experience working in tandem with other creative agencies to develop comprehensive campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as an ability to develop and present compelling client proposals
Compensation Range: $115,000-$194,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
