A DAY IN THE LIFE
Social Media Management
- Content strategy across both channels, including building / approving content calendars, writing captions in line with brand tone of voice, scheduling and content output
- Content creation including trends, campaign content, BTS, events, briefing influencers.
- Management of agencies.
- Responsible for briefing content needs, organising shoots and feeding back on local content creation.
- Working closely with the Global team to integrate global content and provide feedback on UK needs and best practice.
- Working with TikTok to identify channel strategy growth & build in SEO to drive searchable content.
- Responsible for meeting key KPIs in follower growth, views, engagements.
Live Streaming
- Working with the TikTok Shop & community team to optimize live content that drives conversion. Maximising brand events via lives
Community
Reporting
- Monthly reporting of key KPIs sharing learnings of what is driving performance. Sharing results of key campaigns or activations with the wider business. Presenting results and learnings in key forums with senior management.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong experience in social and content including a strong background of using & growing organic social channels.
- Passion for content creation & pushing the boundaries - Identifying new and disruptive formats
- Visionary strategist – you can see the bigger picture and know how we need to evolve with ever changing social landscape
- Ability to manage multiple key stakeholders in a fast paced environment
