Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Social Media Executive to join our Sport team. Is this your next opportunity?
The Social Media Executive will work closely with the account management team. Under their guidance, you will deliver the client’s strategic objectives through a range of social media platforms in the motorsports space. As such, you will be tasked with generating ideas, planning, and publishing written, graphic, and video content across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, X, and YouTube. A keen editorial eye, proficiency in social media copywriting, and publishing are essential for this role.
Additionally, regular attendance at our office in London is expected, along with the flexibility to work during weekends and outside regular hours during race weekends.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Ideate, plan, and publish social content (written, graphic, video) across a range of platforms (predominantly X, Instagram & YouTube);
- Write copy specifically for social media, taking into account the brand tone-of-voice, platform tone-of-voice, and platform best practices;
- Work proactively and reactively to plan and post content to social channels across race weekends, including across live racing sessions as editorial storylines unfold;
- Management of both long-term and short-term content strategies in collaboration with the broader agency and client team, ensuring proactive planning and prompt responses to editorial developments;
- Be an expert in motorsport and bring that knowledge to the team every day across all activity;
- Be a constant source of fresh, creative ideas and be confident in sharing those ideas with colleagues;
- Feed into the briefing process with editors and designers to create assets;
- Attend client meetings and calls to provide platform specific expertise
- Incorporate qualitative insights into the reporting process to complement the quantitative data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, exceptional organisational and planning capabilities are crucial.
- A proficient flair for writing engaging social media copywriting & publishing.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the motorsport industry is required, along with a genuine passion for promoting women's sports.
- A strong understanding of formats, features, best practices for optimisation, and the nuances of algorithms on each platform is required.
- Experience of managing content schedules: responsible for long and short term content plans, planning proactively and reacting quickly.
- Basic photoshop skills are desired.
