Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:
Develop a deep understanding of our brands, our competitors and the market in which we operate.
Demonstrate high levels of creative enthusiasm, clearly highlighting your passion through cutting edge, eye catching designs.
Play a pivotal role in helping to deliver world-class creative to help global achieve commercial success.
Show ability to collaborate and communicate with your peers and key stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities of the role
Lead the design process for our competition pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and partner expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless integration with existing digital platforms.
Conduct regular design reviews and optimisation efforts to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and advocate for innovative design solutions that push boundaries.
What you will need
Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on digital platforms, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
Extensive experience collaborating with developers and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
Passion for broadcasting, entertainment, and digital innovation.
