Within the price comparison space, we promote TUI’s availability and pricing across a number of key online sites such as Google, Tripadvisor, Trivago, Skyscanner, Icelolly and Kayak covering many of the TUI product portfolio from Package Holidays, Flights and Accommodation Only. To enable TUI to promote on these sites we need to place bids on key trading focuses to ensure we feature competitively against other travel brands to attract potential customers to the tui.co.uk site. This year the price comparison channel will have made exciting changes with new capabilities which will open the channel up to further growth opportunities.
As Digital Performance Marketing Executive – Price Comparison, you will be responsible for the price comparison marketing campaigns across multiple TUI brands/products covering package holidays, flight only and accommodation only. Your main focus will be the daily management of our Accommodation Only campaigns which will include daily reporting, bidding, detailed campaign analysis and budget allocation across key platforms that will enable performance targets to be met. You will also be working with internal teams and external agencies, that will require good stakeholder management.
A core element of this role is to provide succinct and clear reporting to drive further accommodation only growth. This role will also include enhancing our current reporting set up to ensure our reporting processes complement our ever-evolving daily operations. In this role supporting in the test & learn culture is key, which will include testing new bidding strategies, formats and payment set ups across external partners.
This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract and we are now accepting applications until Friday 27th October.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of our digital price comparison accounts
- Monitor and optimise campaigns, including reviewing bid strategies and audiences
- Manage the effectiveness of our budgets and decide on budget allocation
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and efficiency within accounts
- Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensuring optimum reporting framework is implemented and adhered to
- Support in the test and learn strategy within this channel
- Support with on boarding any new price comparison partner sites.
- Stay up to date with the latest price comparison and digital marketing trends
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in an online marketing environment preferred
- PPC or bidding experience ideal, but not essential
- Good communicator with internal and external departments
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be flexible to adjust in a fast changing environment
- Very organised
- Highly numeric
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Logical thinker and team player
