We're seeking an organised and creative manager who can juggle the fast-paced workflow of an ever-changing ecommerce platform. You'll guide your team through the entire content management process within our Sitecore CMS, working closely with Digital Trading, Experience Design, and other key departments to ensure our content shines across all digital platforms.

- Lead the day-to-day management of the Online Content Production Team.
- Build a smooth, efficient ContentOps workflow for delivering top-notch, customer-focused content.
- Plan and manage content that aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the entire online content process, from style guides to CMS governance.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and digital teams to create and execute our digital content strategy for ecommerce and lead generation.
- Use data and research to make smart content decisions that meet user needs.
- Ensure content is always in the right place at the right time to help customers find the right products and solutions.
- Champion user-centered design and accessible content.
- Apply analytical skills to solve design challenges and question assumptions.
- Develop a strong measurement framework to assess content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovate new ways of working and content production for better efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of content quality.
- Stay on top of market trends to support growth and improve conversion performance.
- 3-4 years' experience with strong CMS skills (Sitecore 10 is a plus).
- Proven track record managing CMS editors and content writers.
- Experience implementing content governance, workflows, and processes.
- Customer-focused with a curious mind.
- Collaborative experience with digital marketing and SEO teams.
- Data-driven, with solid project management and workflow planning skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, matrix team environment.
