Role: Digital Marketing Specialist - PPC

Role mission:
CUBE is looking for an experienced ex agency side PPC Specialist to manage our organisation's paid search, paid social and paid media advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to grow our Enterprise and Mid-Market pipeline.
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and optimizing our Go to Market PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions whilst also setting up platform reporting across GA4, Looker Studio, GTM and Piwik. To be successful in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and audience targeting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysing data to identify the most effective regulatory technology Industry keywords/volumes and targeting strategies for our PPC campaigns across 3 regions, AMER, EMEA and APAC.
- Develop, implement, and optimise PPC search campaigns across platforms including as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Intent platforms, whilst reporting on all simultaneously to support budget allocation and ROI.
- Identify and optimise campaigns effectively to reach the right audiences, regions, and managing ad spend tactics to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance reporting metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and adjusting bid strategy campaigns accordingly for Top of funnel through to bottom of the funnel engagement.
- Collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure consistency across all campaigns whist sharing report updates per region.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices and utilising this knowledge to continuously improve campaigns and forecast changes in trends and go to market tactics.
- Work on wider projects with the HQ and regional marketing teams were required – including lead gen attribution modelling, campaign launches and data management.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience as an agency PPC Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms including set up and managing Ad campaigns from scratch.
- 2+ year agency experience of leveraging these platforms for clients and now looking for client-side role – thus showcasing clear understanding of these platforms – Algorithm changes, Platform strategies such as Bid Strategies, Keyword campaign research, Ad group optimisation, targeting tactics.
- Ability to build and execute Go To Market strategy on Paid platforms to increase lead gen from key paid channels KPIs in first year and onwards.
- Meet deadlines and manage paid budgets and optimise across campaign strategy on all chosen platforms.
- Highly analytical with strong data analysis skills, able to understand the bigger picture from campaign metrics and adjust bidding, designs and campaign targeting accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage regional campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other marketing team members
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Master and other tools including HubSpot, Zapier, to build and adjust new tracking metrics as campaign activity evolves.
- Able to pitch in with other marketing tasks were required to support wider team on global campaign activities.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications desired.
- SFDC and MS Dynamics experience advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
