You will be their community champion, bringing the brand to life on their social media channels, with responsibility for creating compelling, delicious content in-house and with influencers.
You’ll also be involved in engaging with the community through events. We’re looking for a proactive ideas person, who can look after their super engaged community and put their own stamp on the role.

What you'll do...
- Define and execute the social media strategy, supported by the Senior Brand Manager.
- Day-to-day management of the social channels, ensuring all content is posted on time and comments and DMs are replied to.
- Create regular organic content for Instagram and Tiktok, in-house and through engaging content creators, including video content.
- Create brand partnerships and activate on social media with giveaways collaborations.
- Identify relevant paid and micro influencers for campaign work.
- Create and publish monthly blog posts for the Merchant Gourmet website.
- Create weekly newsletters, sourcing content and managing send-outs via Klaviyo.
- Weekly check-in meetings and reporting with our customer service team.
- General assistance with stock send-outs to influencers, press or ad hoc via website or warehouse.
Who you are...
A creative storyteller with a passion for bringing this delicious products to life, online through engaging social media content, and in real life.
A proactive ideas person who wants to put their own stamp on the role and grow and develop with the team.
- Experience in creating social media content either for brands / other people or yourself, including video / reels.
- Ability to use a video editing tool such as Capcut.
- A proactive mindset – always thinking of new ideas, with the energy to make them A creative eye and a vision for the aesthetic you want to create.
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Logistics: London Bridge, 2 days a week in the office
