Hidden Pixel Group is home to two award-winning digital marketing agencies with a global footprint. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team, with the opportunity to learn from experts at the top of their game across both Aira and Blush and get hands-on growing brands through revenue-first digital strategies.
You’ll need a keen interest in online platforms as you will be executing for a variety of clients across e-commerce, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and professional services industries. Key responsibilities of the role include assisting in the management of Paid Media campaigns, completing keyword research and conducting competitor analysis.
Your training will centre on Paid Media, spending around 60% of your time within this service. The remaining 40% will be divided between Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Alongside this, you’ll learn to use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Canva and HubSpot.

This is an in-person role primarily based at our Wingbury office, located between Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, alongside 1 - 2 days per week in Milton Keynes. Public transport links to Wingbury are limited, so the successful candidate should be prepared to commute by road.

When all is said and done, this role is about ensuring effective delivery for our clients. You will therefore:
Assist in the delivery of client work, ensuring that each piece of work you complete is better than the last one;
Actively seek out work that allows you to develop an all-round knowledge of digital marketing;
Be open to feedback on all of your work, both positive and constructive;
Dedicate 20% of your time (the equivalent of 1 day per week) to learning and developing your skills across digital marketing channels;
Push for client contact where possible and not shy away from client meetings.
We do not expect you to already be a digital marketing specialist, but we do expect you to dedicate time to improving your skills and knowledge in these areas
