That’s where you come in…
We’re seeking a highly motivated marketing and digital communications all-rounder, full of ideas, who wants to use their multimedia talents to improve other people’s lives. We need a proven performer to prepare, produce and promote our public health campaigns and initiatives.
It’s a busy, varied, exciting and truly inspiring role which requires project management skills, high standards and team work. You’ll see the work you do have a direct, positive impact on the health and wellbeing of children, young people, families and communities.
The opportunity
The role combines old fashioned verbal and written communications skills with cutting edge digital marketing know-how. It is to develop and distribute content, including social media, news stories and marketing assets, that promotes who we are and what we do. And to help develop and promote a range of online, digital and accessible engagement methods.
It involves working with operational leaders, practitioners and marketing and communications colleagues to build Compass’ profile in both the local and national context. We see this role as central to our mission, expanding our digital presence and the accessibility of digital resources.
It’s largely home based but with an expectation for occasional travel across England which may also include overnight stays. The post is advertised as full time but some flexibility exists to offer between 30 and 37 hours per week.
