East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) ensure the best possible quality of life and make every moment count for children and families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our family-centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, care at end of life, bereavement support, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
In 2020, all three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission.
Our people are central to our success. We have a talented workforce of staff and volunteers in Care, Fundraising, Retail, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources.
We employ around 400 employees and have more than 1,800 volunteers across the organisation, including 49 shops and a Retail Distribution Centre.

Are you:
· An enthusiastic and innovative, forward thinker with a passion for social media?
Do you have:
· A desire to keep up to date with the latest social media trends and maintain and build a strong online community.
· Experience in digital communications, specialising in social media.
· First class writing skills to develop and curate creative and engaging content to work across multi-channel social media platforms.
· The analytical skills and insight required to deliver successful campaigns to support the full marketing mix
Responsibilities include:
· Preparation and posting of all social media content.
· Increase engagement with our audience across all social media platforms.
· Monitor, report and evaluate all social media activity.
· Research and monitor emerging social media tools.
· Produce effective, engaging and emotive film content.
The role:
· Reports directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager and you will have an integral role in the delivery of the organisation’s marketing and communications plan.
