The Role
As a Social Media Content Producer, you will take ownership of our content creation and production activities across various social media channels to drive growth and brand recognition. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, this role is the perfect challenge for a creative content professional who thinks social-first, loves conceptualising visuals as much as executing them, and seeks a hands-on opportunity in a positive, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Social Media Content Creation: Support content creation for main social channels (eg. Instagram, LinkedIn), generating engaging post ideas and formats aligned with the communication strategy.
- Social Media Content Production: Lead content creation for each post, overseeing production from pre-production to final editing for visuals, and crafting supporting copy to ensure compelling storytelling.
- Content Project Management: Manage the content calendar and posting schedule, ensuring content meets editorial standards, platform, and brand guidelines and is posted on time.
- Content Creator Strategy and Research: Identify and map potential social media content creators and influencers for future collaborations.
- Community Engagement: Engage with existing and potential communities by interacting with posts and audiences of similar brands, fostering engagement and building relationships.
- Trends and Reactive Content: Identify trends, collaborate with the Marketing team to quickly respond, and find innovative ways for the brand to engage with current topics.
A 5-star candidate has:
- 3-4 years of experience in relevant content production/media design roles with the ability to produce outstanding visual content (including short-form videos, animations, and graphic artwork).
- Proven expertise in generating and planning creative, social-first content ideas and formats that resonate with the target audience.
- Experience in overseeing content production for in-house and partner content, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Experience in capturing video content with a phone camera, and editing it like a pro.
- Ability to translate the brand tone of voice into effective copy and captions for various social media channels.
- Competency to monitor engagement, analyse content performance and draw insights to optimise and grow social media channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure meticulous brand representation and consistency in marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain clear and effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.
- Adaptability and flexibility to keep up with changing market trends and business needs.
- The ideal candidate for this role must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate and collaborate effectively within our diverse, international team.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands, ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle and travel industry, with insight into customer needs and industry trends.
- Skills in graphic design (Canva/Photoshop or similar) and video editing (CapCut or similar).
- Experience in full-service creative agencies or media publishers is highly desirable.
