Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- Research and stay updated on platform best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute audience growth strategies across multiple platforms.
- Schedule and post content effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social media strategies with brand goals.
- Contribute creative ideas for content concepts and campaigns.
- Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Bonus: Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing social media accounts is required.
- A keen eye for trends and creative opportunities in the social media space.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for content creation and building online communities.
- Ability to adapt to different brand voices and styles.
- Enthusiasm for contributing creative ideas and participating in concept development.
