Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
Research and stay updated on platform best practices and emerging trends.
Develop and execute audience growth strategies across multiple platforms.
Schedule and post content effectively.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social media strategies with brand goals.
Contribute creative ideas for content concepts and campaigns.
Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Bonus: Ability to shoot and edit content independently.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience managing social media accounts is required.
A keen eye for trends and creative opportunities in the social media space.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for content creation and building online communities.
Ability to adapt to different brand voices and styles.
Enthusiasm for contributing creative ideas and participating in concept development.
