Position
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven PPC (pay-per-click) Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns, with specific expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, and Google Analytics (GA). Paid social experience is highly beneficial.
You will be responsible for driving online performance, increasing ROI, and ensuring that our campaigns are optimised for success across all platforms. Experience in driving performance in a subscription or recurring revenue model desired.

Requirements
Essential
- In-depth knowledge of paid search including campaign setup, management, optimisation and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Performance Max, and Google Analytics (GA).
- Strong understanding of PPC best practices, research and targeting
- Experience in running Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Knowledge of using tools like SEM Rush and GTM
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Experience in recurring revenue / subscription models
- Experience in landing page testing
- Google Ads Certification preferred
