SALARY: £42,120 - £51,480
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

You'll be part of a team that is shaping Business and Commercial’s online banking experience, uplifting mobile app and online banking content; including product information/tools, thematic content and help and support information, leading on the development of new navigation, running A/B tests, creating emails, and delivering content upgrades to help achieve business objectives.
The skills and background you'll need

A solid understanding of content management systems, ideally GitHub (AEM is desirable)

A proactive approach, a desire to make a difference, a commitment to better and real sense of accountability

Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to fine detail, ensuring the accuracy of change

Excellent planning and organisation skills to ensure delivery according to business and customer requirements

An excellent stakeholder manager who proactively communicates with stakeholders to ensure work progresses and relationships are strengthened
What you’ll do

Be a credible consultant across the business, truly understanding the capabilities of Github and AEM, building and releasing content changes in the business mobile app and online banking sites

Create content change requests alongside stakeholders ensuring relevancy, accuracy and quality and proactively challenging briefs to ensure optimum content is delivered

Test content changes, ensuring execution of content change to the business mobile app and desktop secure site are timely and accurate

Contribute to the overall performance and design standards of the secure sites, suggesting innovative ideas to make the existing experience better or suggesting new ideas to uplift customer experience and performance
