What you'll do
As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue
growth within Emarsys' existing client portfolio. Your focus will be on
identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, executing group expansion
strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of value to our customers.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to identify and execute
- opportunities that expand contracts and revenue.
- Use your knowledge of Emarsys solutions to drive meaningful
- conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute value-driven sales proposals, negotiate contracts,
- and close deals to meet revenue goals.
- Proactively prospect within our portfolio, fostering relationships to drive
- strategic group expansions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
- and ensure alignment with their goals.
What you bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in software sales, ideally in SaaS.
- Skills: Proven ability to meet sales quotas through upselling and cross-
- selling; strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM software, or
- marketing automation tools.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-
- paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Confident in product demos and discussions of
- technical topics such as data integration and APIs.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
