Core Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM Campaign Operations team to develop and execute campaigns and lifecycle programs, enhancing visitation and conversion across LEGO Branded Channels.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Membership and Personalisation goals.
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement for seamless delivery across all channels.
- Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Coach and empower a high-performing team, positioning them as CRM Campaign Operations experts within LEGO.
- Collaborate with digital product, engineering, performance, and CRM testing teams to leverage tools, monitor KPIs, and integrate testing for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be responsible for leading and empowering the CRM Campaign Operations team to build, deliver and operate dynamic and contextual CRM campaigns and Lifecycle Programs. Translating briefs and plans into the delivery of compelling CRM communication that drives membership visitation, engagement, retention and commercial revenue.
This role requires a mix of planning, operational management, creativity, and resilience under pressure - ensuring all CRM Campaigns and Lifecycle Programs are delivered on time, within budget, drive a positive return on investment and are aligned with our goals.
You will join the Global CRM Hub Operations Leadership Team and report directly to the Senior Director, CRM Hub Operations.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive senior leadership experience in global CRM operations within complex organisations.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, analytics, and personalisation techniques.
- Significant experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools in a global context.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional operational leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, adept at advancing projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
