As a
Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing success through data-driven insights. Your expertise will help shape our marketing strategies and optimize future campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Analyst you will take care of:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis to evaluate marketing performance, develop and track objectives and key results (OKRs), and refine campaign tactics.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, reporting, and analysis of data from digital channels, events, and PR/Comms initiatives to highlight campaign successes and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Performance Assessment: Assist in evaluating spend results and monitor progress against business goals and projections.
- Optimization: Leverage data to identify opportunities for optimization, enhancing performance and contributing to broader business objectives.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Transform Data into Insights: Turn data into actionable reports and insights, clearly communicating your analysis both in writing and verbally.
- Establish Reporting Cadences: Develop regular reporting schedules and preset insight reviews to keep everyone informed.
- Optimize Marketing Strategies: Utilize data collection and analysis tools to evaluate and enhance marketing strategies across all multimedia platforms.
- Maintain Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Innovate Analysis Methods: Explore new methods for analyzing marketing performance and identify opportunities for innovative data collection techniques.
- Collaborate on Recommendations: Partner with channel leads to provide marketing recommendations based on your data analysis.
- Understand Consumer Behavior: Analyze consumer behavior and forecast marketing trends to inform future marketing strategies, tactics, and plans.
- Leverage Organizational Data: Use available data to build insightful dashboards that track the prospect-to-customer journey and improve marketing ROI.
Qualifications
What's in Your Tool Kit:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred) or marketing communications.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills to align global best practices and strategic priorities among marketers, business leaders, and agency partners.
- The ability to create an environment where all team members are encouraged to constructively challenge ideas and decisions.
Preferred Experience with:
- Salesforce
- Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo)
- Google Analytics
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ad Manager
- PowerBI/Tableau
