Role Overview: This role is pivotal as the company’s first Growth Marketer, responsible for driving net new leads, conducting thorough market research, implementing audience segmentation, and executing impactful account-based marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive leads through innovative demand-generation campaigns and strategic website optimisation.
- Conducted in-depth market research, refined audience segmentation strategies, and executed targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Analyse and optimise acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Optimise the website to maximise inbound traffic and conversion rates.
- Craft compelling custom content for outbound marketing efforts.
- Lead data-driven experiments to refine and scale successful strategies.
- Utilise analytics tools (GA, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker) to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Growth Marketing focusing on early-stage growth.
- Role Experience: Background in business operations, strategy, growth, or growth marketing within high-growth B2B or top-tier tech companies.
- Skills: Proficiency in data-driven growth strategies, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel), and a strong customer empathy mindset.
