Trivandi is an ambitious, fast-moving and continually evolving organisation and we are looking for an equally ambitious, adaptable and motivated digital marketing specialist to lead and drive our digital marketing output.
You will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing strategies to drive performance, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes for the Trivandi Group as a whole, as well as for the B2C and B2B sales of Trivandi Academy courses. You will oversee paid media, email campaigns, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and digital analytics, ensuring all digital efforts align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social channels to achieve objectives.
- Optimise campaigns for ROI, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing & Communications team, Trivandi Academy team, and Trivandi's business units to align paid media content with broader messaging strategies.
- Determine potential new digital channels and platforms that Trivandi should utilise to reach target audiences
SEO and Website Optimisation:
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage ongoing website optimisation, ensuring a seamless user experience and high engagement and conversion rates.
Email Marketing and CRM:
- Lead email marketing efforts, including segmentation, automation, and email campaigns.
- Ensure effective CRM management, tracking leads, and nurturing prospects throughout the sales funnel.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms to track performance metrics.
- Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and support decision-making.
- Report on campaign performance, lead quality, and digital ROI to the Director of Marketing & Communications and wider leadership team.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the wider Marketing & Communications team to integrate digital efforts into larger campaigns and ensure alignment of digital content and messaging.
Additional Tasks:
- Explore opportunities to leverage new platforms and technologies to enhance performance.
- Support website content creation in collaboration with wider MarComs team to support SEO optimisation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
- A professional qualification in a related subject at least to degree level
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and analytics.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales marketing, with education sales an advantage
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, CRM/marketing automation software.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and optimisation.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Experience managing digital marketing and other agencies
- Skilled at managing complex campaigns across multiple regions and time-zones
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct competitor and market research
- Understanding of customer personas and journeys
- Ability to craft creative campaigns to reach target audiences with compelling content
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, scaling organisation
- Solid project management skills
- Proven experience working in and an understanding of UK, MENA and international markets
