Your role

We’re looking for a Digital Analytics leader who can balance deep technical knowledge with very strategic thinking to take our strategy to the next level. We need somebody who can balance the delivery needs of today, with the data-driven optimization mindset of tomorrow, and take the business around them on that journey.
We’re looking for someone who can help us with following:
- Shape and lead the marketing digital marketing analytics strategy at global level across measurement approach, KPIs, metrics, tagging and reporting, aligned to business strategy and vision
- Establish clear definition of success along with KPIs for the data driven marketing programs & setup the measurement framework capturing the business impact
- Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations on Power BI and drive standardization and automation of marketing reports
- Lead and manage CRO implementation across the global marketing team and other key stakeholder groups
- Manage Asset Management business tag management and tagging strategy ensuring campaign activity is tagged across all channels for appropriate reporting and insights
- Establish channel benchmarks and measure performance, to develop actionable recommendations based on KPIs
- Global Website data and behaviors analysis and recommendation on actionable improvements to optimize marketing activities
- Implement A/B tests and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target and Audience Manager
- Partner with CDIO to shape the tech strategy and roadmap around data driven marketing plans
- Create clear, simple, and persuasive narratives to influence C-level executives driving business transformation through AI & data driven marketing activations
- Input to and drive the technical database configuration and set up with experience across different programming languages and methods: Python, SQL etc
- Proactively educate internal colleagues on data analysis and reporting approaches
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to drive development to a data-led organization
Your team
You’ll be working in the Asset Management, Global Digital Client Engagement and Marketing Transformation team, in London or Zurich. We are a young and dynamic team who (besides digital marketing insights and analytics) also focus on all digital client engagement touchpoints including marketing automation, optimizing user journeys on our websites as well as maintaining our social media presences. We work closely together with the corporate digital and brand teams and develop digital marketing standards which follow best practices in online customer behavior, usability and marketing effectiveness. Our specialty is to continuously learning and keeping pace with digital trends which is what we would also expect from you.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Experience with either Python or SQL for data transformation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, DataStudio, etc.) to transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate the business needs
- Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with web tagging and CDP platforms (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, tracking pixel, etc.)
- Experience with AB tests platforms (Google Optimize, Adobe Target, etc.)
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading projects in an international organization
You are:
- Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- Eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Able to run projects independently
- A great communicator, you know how to flex your communication to all levels
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
