Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to grow brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content using available tools, including cameras, drones, and other content-creation devices.
- Take a lead role in shaping our content strategy, bringing fresh ideas to life and helping build something truly special.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Analyse key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Support public relations efforts by sharing company news, events, and updates on social platforms.
- Build and nurture an online community that reflects the values and vision of Everyone's Energy UK.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Experience using content creation tools such as cameras, drones, and video-editing software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not essential.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a strong advantage.
