Job Role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media specialist to enhance our brand visibility across multiple platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will be instrumental in crafting engaging content and aligning with current trends, particularly on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support marketing initiatives.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, and editing, for effective online engagement.
- Design and deliver exceptional marketing materials by editing text, formatting, and integrating graphics.
- Apply expertise in copywriting and direct response marketing to drive results.
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email campaigns (EDMs), and online advertising.
- Identify and recommend specialists for outsourced tasks if necessary.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Advanced expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns, with proven success on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Insights, Instagram Insights, and other social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to craft engaging copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Advanced expertise in writing blogs, trend analysis, and understanding TikTok algorithms.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and image editing, with proficiency in Adobe software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media content.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, positive, and enthusiastic team player.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
- Bonus scheme: Performance evaluation every six months (June and December)
- Annual uniform allowance of £800.
Working Conditions
- Formal office attire required.
- Personal phone use restricted to lunch breaks (no snacking during work hours).
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30), with a 1-hour lunch break.
